METUCHEN, NJ – METUCHEN, NJ – Vlasac & Shmaruk, LLC, a Metuchen based law firm, was successful in its argument to the three Judge panel for the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, who reversed the Trial Judge's decision and remanded the matter back for further proceedings in the matter of VIERA v. LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA.
